The business activity - Information interaction describes the dynamic component of the information model. This description may take on different forms:

  • it can be correlation matrix between -aggregated- business processes and information objects that indicates if the process read, updates and/or creates information
  • it can be a -set of- transaction diagram(s) that describe how a business transaction in processed through a number business processes. The diagram technique also allows to include external processes or actors as participants in a trans
